The Great Eastern Offshore Project team got together recently with Jamie Thomas from Wayapa Wuurrk for a cultural awareness session, followed by a short mental and health well-being training.
Jamie is a Gunaikurnai man, and he spoke movingly about his childhood, experiences and connection to Country. We enjoyed a great outdoor session in Treasury Gardens, where he taught us body movements which focused our minds on the 14 elements of Wayapa.
